This notice is to inform you of our Agent Incentive Program. This is a chance to win $10,000 just for selling one of the Trumm Team’s listings.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Every participating listing is noted in the MLS Agent Remarks.
- One drawing will be held per year.
HOW DOES A REALTOR® QUALIFY:
- Write an offer on a participating listing that is accepted and closes.
- Complete the Broker Consent Agreement.
- Be present at the time of the drawing to win.
RULES:
- Any licensed REALTOR® that is not a member of the Trumm Team or acting on behalf of the Trumm Team can participate.
- The selling REALTORs® on any participating listing will be eligible for the next drawing for $10,000.
- To be entered in the drawing REALTORs® must complete the Broker Consent Agreement at least two weeks prior to the drawing and have an active real estate license at the time of the drawing.
- The Trumm Team will announce each drawing at least two weeks in advance. REALTORs® entered in the drawing must be present to win.
- $10,000 will be awarded to the winner of each drawing. The check will be made payable to the winning REALTOR® or winning REALTOR’s® company based on the Broker Consent Agreement.
- Winner agrees to allow name and photo to be used for publicity purposes.
